Platform administrators and the reviewer assigned to your report can read it and any optional contact details for follow-up. Reports are not publicly listed or automatically forwarded to authorities. Anyone holding your receipt and secret code can read and delete your submission.

Reports are retained until you or an administrator deletes them. Administrators receive a dashboard reminder when reports reach six months; this is a review reminder, not an automatic deletion deadline. You can delete your submission at any time using your receipt and secret code. Lost codes cannot be recovered.

Encrypted backups are scheduled for removal after 7 days; scheduled-job delays can postpone physical removal. Deleted reports are removed again before a restored database is served.

Report text, optional contacts, staff notes are encrypted in the database. District, constituency, category, dates and review status remain structured data. Essential session cookies keep private access working. This application does not include third-party analytics, embedded fonts or advertising.

Network addresses are processed as short-lived keyed hashes for abuse prevention. Your hosting provider may keep separate access logs. Submitting without contact details does not guarantee anonymity.

Unverified reports are not proof of wrongdoing. Never put yourself at risk to collect evidence. “Reviewed” only records that staff reviewed a submission. This is not an emergency service and does not promise an investigation or resolution.

Microphone access requires your permission. Your browser’s speech recognition service may process audio on external servers under its own policy. The portal has no audio-recording upload or storage feature. You can type without using the microphone.

Encrypted backups are stored privately in the same Hostinger account. They do not provide independent protection against loss or compromise of the entire hosting account.
